The season is over. Yung Milla won the grand finale on Sunday 27 September for Team Melanie C, ahead of The 60Four for Ronan Keating, Daisha Auda for Kate Miller-Heidke and Tommy Novak for Richard Marx. He takes $100,000 and a recording and development package. Seven named no second, third or fourth place. The finale did not clash with a Block reveal: Nine had the Wallabies v Springboks Test that night and moved its reveal to Monday 28 September. When is The Voice Australia 2026 grand final?
It was Sunday 27 September at 7.00pm AEST, on Seven and 7plus, and Yung Milla won it. Seven put the date out on Monday 21 September, a week ahead, the same week-to-week pattern it used for the quarter-finals and the semi-final.
The finals compressed faster than the earlier rounds suggested: eight artists went into the semi-final and four came out, so there was no second semi-final night.
How did The Voice Australia 2026 reach the finals?

That's 15 episodes in just over six weeks to the end of the quarter-finals, with the rounds coming a week apart once the auditions ended: always a Sunday, then a Monday. The semi-final and the grand finale then took a single Sunday each, for 17 episodes in all.
How do the finals nights work?
Each coach brings their surviving artists to the stage and picks who goes through. At the quarter-final stage every coach took two artists into the semi-final, leaving eight singers across the four teams, according to TV Central.

What time is The Voice on, and how long do finals run?
Sunday finals nights started at 7.00pm and Monday ones at 7.30pm, Sydney time. They ran long: the second quarter-final was listed at 100 minutes and the semi-final at 120, finishing around 9.00pm to 9.10pm.
The whole run aired before daylight saving began on 4 October, so Adelaide and Darwin were 30 minutes behind Sydney and Perth two hours behind throughout. Seven's local stations schedule to their own clocks, so the start time that counted was the one in each city's own guide.
Where can I watch The Voice finals if I miss them?
7plus. It streams Seven live and keeps episodes on demand once they've aired, at no charge with a 7plus account. Short performance clips usually appear on The Voice Australia's YouTube channel within a day.
Seven also drops late-night encores of recent finals episodes into its schedule, and 7flix has repeated them on weekend afternoons, so a missed night can often be caught on broadcast too.
A tip for spoiler-dodgers: that channel posts results-heavy titles quickly. If you're watching on demand, mute its notifications until you've caught up.
Does The Voice clash with The Block?
On Sundays it did, until the finale. The Block's reveals start at 7.00pm on Nine, the same minute as Sunday's Voice finals nights on Seven, and both ran well past 8.30pm.
On semi-final night, anyone who recorded The Block and watched The Voice as it aired could start the recording when the semi-final ended and still finish before 10.45pm. The reverse order ran later, because the semi-final was the longer show. Our Block guide has its times in every state.

One, on Sunday 20 September. Seven's guide labelled it "Semi Final (1)", but the field was cut from eight to four in a single night.
Was the grand final live?
Not entirely. TV Tonight reported that multiple endings were filmed ahead of the viewer vote, which is also why no second, third or fourth place was named.
