The Block Tonight, Tuesday 15 September: All Stars, an Ice Challenge and the Half-Point Race at the Top
Tuesday's Block was the middle stretch of Kitchen Week, and Nine's own catch-up description for episode 27 sets the tone: tired teams clashing, a visit from Block All Stars, then Scotty sending everyone out onto the ice for a challenge.
No rooms were judged tonight. Kitchens are scored on Sunday, so the useful numbers right now are the six weeks already in the books, which we've added up below.
What happened on The Block tonight?
Episode 27 went to air at 7.30pm AEST on Nine and is now on 9Now. The TV guide listing said the teams would get their spaces ready for the kitchen installs while former contestants dropped in with a challenge.
Nine's updated 9Now blurb adds two details: the share-house tension from Monday boiled over, and the challenge was held on ice. That fits what TV Blackbox reported from Monday night, when a row over unwashed dishes split the house. The build-up is in our pre-show guide for tonight.
Who won the All Stars challenge on The Block?
Not confirmed at time of writing. Neither Nine's episode page nor the next-day coverage we check had named a winner or a prize when this was published, and we won't guess.
We'll add the result here once two sources agree. Wednesday's listing mentions "100,000 reasons" to win the week, so money is clearly on the table before Sunday.
What happened on Monday's Kitchen Week opener?
According to TV Blackbox's recap, each team got a $20,000 budget for the kitchen, butler's pantry, lift and powder room. Courtney and Sev also unlocked the $250,000 E&S appliance package they'd won earlier, and picked up $20,000 from Arnott's.
The same recap says only House 2, Chantel and Wyatt, hit Monday night's plastering deadline, and House 4's trades helped House 5 out. Monday's timings are in Monday's guide.
Who's leading The Block 2026 going into Kitchen Week?
On room wins, Courtney and Sev are well clear with three. On total judges' points it's much tighter: we added up every weekly score and House 4 leads House 1 by just half a point.

Sunday's Guest Suite scores are confirmed by both TV Blackbox and Wikipedia. Courtney and Sev got 10 from Darren Palmer and 10 from Marty Fox, which TV Blackbox says came with $20,000 for the two perfect scores plus $10,000 from Chery. Rick and Tayla's 17 was the week's lowest, 12½ points behind.
Chantel and Wyatt are the only team without a room win after six weeks, though their 137 points put them third. TV Blackbox also reports Adam and Jolene took the $10,000 budget award, finishing just $2.10 over their Guest Suite estimate.
When are The Block kitchen reveals?
Sunday 20 September at 7.00pm AEST, a 100-minute episode. Before that there's Kitchen Week Day 3 on Wednesday at 7.30pm, and nothing Thursday to Saturday.
