What Time Is The Block On Tonight? Tuesday 22 September: 7.31pm, and Nine's Night Splits After It
Night two of Rumpus and Laundry Week, and Nine has trimmed the slot. Monday's episode ran 75 minutes; tonight's is filed at 7.31pm with Nine's next programme starting at 8.40pm, so you're looking at about 69 minutes of build.
The odd thing about tonight isn't The Block. It's what Nine puts on after it, which is not the same show in Sydney as it is in Melbourne.
The gist:

What time is The Block on tonight?
7.31pm, and both guides we checked agree on the minute. Switching over at 7.30pm is fine — Nine puts A Current Affair in front of it and the changeover is soft.
Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart share that clock. Adelaide and Darwin sit half an hour back, and Nine's Perth station schedules itself. The capital city times guide lists every state, and it's worth a look before 4 October, when daylight saving pulls the country apart again.
What happens on The Block tonight?
More rooms, less money. Nine's listing for episode 31 has the teams pushed to their limits with two rooms to finish, and Scotty Cam throwing in a challenge the network describes as giving something back to the community.

Why does Nine's night change after The Block?
Because it's Grand Final week in Melbourne. Nine's Melbourne feed goes straight from The Block into Footy Classified at 8.40pm, then Players at 9.42pm, and the late news doesn't land until 10.44pm.
Sydney gets Travel Guides at 8.40pm instead, 9News Late at 9.45pm and American Crime Story after that. Footy Classified still runs in Sydney — at 11.17pm. Same Block, two completely different back halves.
Is The Voice on tonight?
No. Seven has Home and Away at 7pm and First Dates Australia at 7.30pm, then The Agenda Setters. The Voice has been a Sunday and Monday show through the finals, and Monday night went to the Brownlow.

Who's leading The Block right now?
Adam and Jolene, and only just. Their perfect 30 for the kitchen took House 1 to 175 on our running tally, two clear of Courtney and Sev on 173. Lisa and Rosco are third on 160½.

Monday 28 September at 7.30pm, in a 90-minute slot. It should have been Sunday, but Nine has given the 7.00pm Sunday hour to the Wallabies v Springboks Test, so the Rumpus and Laundry Reveal shifted by a night.
